Antique early 20th century medical irrigation syringe probably for ear or nose flush or it might also be a urethral Janet type syringe (British type). The glass plunger is held with a piece of cork at the top end and rubber at the other end. The plunger doesn't move and I didn' try to pull it. Raised R glass mark on plunger top that could stand for Regnas (London) a manufacturer of medical equipment.
